Should I pack my shipment myself, or will the pickup executive handle the packing?
We do not currently offer packaging services. Please ensure your shipment is packed and ready for pickup. Use appropriate packaging materials to safeguard your items during transit.
Would you like me to print the shipment label?
No, you don't need to print and paste the shipment label. Our field executive will carry a pre-barcoded flyer for your shipment.
How can I update the phone number or address on my existing order?
You can update the recipient's phone number and/or address directly from the My Orders page on our website after booking your shipment. However, please note that changes to the sender's information cannot be made once the order is booked.
Is it possible to update the weight on my current order?
You cannot change the weight slab of your order once it's booked. However, you can cancel and rebook your order with the correct weight details.
