Qualifications:

What Experience & Qualification you need for this position:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics or e-commerce environment.
Skills:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
3. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Job Responsibility

Customer Interaction

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Issue Resolution

Address and resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns related to orders, deliveries, and services.

Order Tracking

Assist customers with tracking their orders and providing updates on delivery status.

Data Management

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery processes and resolve any logistical issues.

Customer Feedback

Collect and report customer feedback to help improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Problem-Solving

Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
