Job Responsibility
Solo Branch Operations
2. Personally coordinate with industrial clients for daily pickups.
3. Handle documentation, billing, and operations simultaneously.
4. Maintain branch premises and basic infrastructure.
5. Ensure 24×7 service availability through personal coordination.
6. Self-manage multiple roles (operations, sales, admin) initially.
Business Development
2. Develop business from manufacturing units (chemical, pharma, textile).
3. Build network with industrial associations and local transporters.
4. Identify potential for branch expansion and staff requirements.
5. Prepare growth plans and recruitment proposals.
Operational Management
2. Handle end-to-end shipment processing independently.
3. Maintain all operational and financial records.
4. Ensure timely billing and payment collections.
5. Process e-way bills and shipping documentation.
6. Manage petty cash and branch expenses.
Client Handling
2. Provide personal attention to service requirements.
3. Handle service issues and escalations directly.
4. Maintain regular client communication.
5. Collect market intelligence and competitor information
