Job Responsibility
Invoice Management
2. Generate detailed supplementary documents (PODs, weight sheets, trip sheets) with invoices.
3. Process vendor invoices after verification with service delivery records.
4. Track invoice submissions and ensure timely billing cycles.
5. Maintain rate masters and contract terms for accurate billing.
Credit & Debit Note Processing
2. Generate debit notes to clients for additional services or rate differences.
3. Verify and process vendor credit notes for service failures.
4. Issue debit notes to vendors for penalties or service recovery charges.
5. Maintain proper documentation for all CN/DN transactions.
Account Reconciliation
2. Reconcile vendor accounts and payment records.
3. Track and clear unmatched transactions.
4. Follow up on pending invoice approvals and payments.
5. Maintain aging reports for receivables and payables.
Documentation & Records
2. Update rate sheets and billing parameters as per contract amendments.
3. File CN/DN registers with proper supporting documents.
4. Keep track of client-specific billing requirements and cycles.
